If I have a open circuit from a broken wire that goes to the water temp. sensor why won`t my car start.?

fix the wire for computer knows how warm it is you may have to remove battery cables to get it to reset computer

EGR pressure sensor?

the car thinks it is 32 bolow 0 it is getting flooded witjh fuel
or on the other hand the fuel pre3ssure is to low
