How do I replace the Wheel bearings on a 1994 Ford F-150 4X4?

I am looking for detailed instructions on how to replace the wheel bearings on my 1994 F-150 4X4 super cab 8 cyl. Maybe online? I need a list of parts, how to do it, any special tools and detailed instructions. If a Haynes manual is the best option, let me know that. I have pretty good mechanical skills, but I don't work on cars a lot. Serious help appreciated.

get the haynes or chilton manual for this is a fairly long explanation for the front due to the hubs. backs are easier.

This is for a 1991 F-150 4x4, so I'm not sure how much changed between the '91-'94s, but if you have locking hubs it might be a bit of work.
