How hard is it to change out the harmonic balancer (front crank pulley) on my Volvo 780?

Question:
Follow up to yesterdays question;

do you change back disc brakes the same as front disc brakes?

$208 was the price for the part only, not installed.
I have just about every tool known to man, and have done complete engine rebuilds etc....
Was just wondering if this was the kind of job that the "PIA" value makes farming it out an option.
Resolution: Retired Volvo mechanic friend has a good 'previously owned' one, likes to do small side jobs, so is doing that for me today.

Is it possible that in very very cold weather, the back window on a car can shatter?
