i bought a car from a used car dealers eight week ago and the head gaskett has gone they say it is not covered

Maybe he meant that one of your catalytic converters is plugged up. Exhaust pipes connect the engines exhaust manifold to the catalytic converters under the car. They usually do not wear out and typically last 10 years or more on today's cars. Your muffler and tailpipe might need replacing more often because they don't get as hot as the exhaust pipe and get more water condensation rusting in them. So ask your mechanic whether he thinks your catalytic converters have excessive exhaust back pressure and are causing a loss of engine horsepower and acceleration. Of course many other things can result in loss of engine power, and it may be a coincidence that your radiator was replaced when you experienced the problem.

alumanum rims seized on can't get them off tryed every thing that i know? please help!!!?

Indeed a blocked exhaust, most likely a failed and blocked catalytic converter, can rob power from your vehicle.

I have a 67 gto with 400 engine want is the best specs for rebuild ? pistons, headers, ect. thanks?

Not likely. I think what he was trying to explain is that a plugged exhaust will severely limit the ability of the engine to breathe and reduce the power to where you cannot exceed 40 mph.
Have the exhaust checked for blockage, including the biggest culprit of all, the catalytic converter.

What does it generally cost to replace a bad oxygen sensor?

no i dont believe that the exhaust pipe is involved, my car lost its exhaust pipe and ran normally, just a little bit more noisy, have a different mechanic look at it.

if i have a go phone what is the # for to refill the mins.?

I don't know about the exhaust, but we just purchased a car from a neighbor that had the same problem (yes, we knew in advance) and all it turned out to be was a clogged fuel filter and improperly connected spark plugs. Fixed those two things and it runs like a top!
