I have problem with 1987 landcruiser?

Question:
The eight cylinder moter has new wires, plugs ,fuel filter, fuel pump,cap and rotor.The problem I have is it only runs good when your accelerating, when de-ecellerating it dies and I must wait 4-5 minutes before it will start. Any ideas really would be appreciated
