about my truck?

What you just have described in your question sounds like one of 4 different types of bad starters and in your case its where the starter is drwing an excessive amount of amps from the battery resulting in a "slow turnover". Notice when you try to start it a couple of times the battery post are like really hot. Your starter is bad for sure. Ihope this helps.

rear-window wiper?

Actually it could be your starter! Or alternator. Its either one, from what you described. But have a mechanic check it out..

Last night i was driving my car and it started to squeal (i think it is the fan belt) but it had no power even

good luck!
