If the city is working on the streets, which causes damages like tires going flat, shocks giving out, or springs breaking. Heck maybe even your axles are making sounds.

My brakes squeak when i do not brake and stop squeaking when i break ,why.?
You can try but I doubt that you can get anywhere with it. Good luck!! Probably only if you can prove that they didn't have proper warning signs posted.Car batteries - I don't use my car very much, how often should I take it for a run?
I got the city to pay for my car to be cleaned when they were resurfacing the asphalt. I wasn't offered a detour of any kind so I had to go through it but it did take a good amount of complaining.BMW 528 transmission hesitates... What should I do?
It has happened, but it is usually not worth the hassle and red tape you will have to go through. If several vehicles were damaged at the same time by the same road hazard, you will have a better chance if you all band together to fight the city.will a superchips max micro tuner 2715 work for a 1990 k-5 blazer with a 5.7 liter engine?
yes it is possible, ive sued the city for a tree dat fell on top of my car, the city payed for the damages, all u have to do is go to the city hall and file a report, then take it from their, but yes it is possibleWhy doesnt my windshield washer pump work?
Nope. That is, by the way you phrase the question, they ARE working on the streets at the time---there would have been plenty of signage posted by them for you to "Slow down - men working", orange markers, pylons and tape.If you are ignoring these signs (which supercede the posted limit - and the limit means the maximum allowed under ideal road conditions-which it is not) then, you are not driving to the road conditions and are contravening the law by speeding in work zones. Around here cops double the fine for those speeding in work zones.
The auto manufacturer won't give you a dime either(or the tire companies).
Dumb on 2 counts - against you. Got your license, lost the common sense?
Absolutly yes you can if you can prove the damages was their fault. Lots of pics of the area, and even witnesses
