If it were me, and they were really bad, I'd just replace them. It can't be too hard to buy they right ones and clip them into place under the hood. (Follow the same path and use all the clips, of course, because you don't want them interfering with the engine.)How or Why is the brake rotors is warping?

A company called Microheat is using a technology to take some of the discomfort out of winter weather driving with the Intelligent HotWASH System. At the heart of the system is a small box that's installed into the existing windshield wiper fluid system of your car. The fluid runs through a reservoir in the box, which is heated electrically. When you press a button inside the car, it heats up to 85 degrees C and blasts steam to unclog the windshield wiper nozzles. Then it heats up the fluid to about 63 degrees C. The temperature of the fluid and the amount that is sprayed on your windshield is crucial. If it isn't warm enough, or if too little is sprayed for too short an interval, it won't melt the ice. If, on the other hand, the fluid is too hot or too much is sprayed - your windshield could crack! The computer chip inside the little box figures out just the right formula for the job. It can melt about 1mm of ice in 2 minutes. Not much of a match against our winter weather if you ask me. What ever happened to the good old-fashioned scraper, and a little elbow grease?Estimate the costs of these parts?

Fill the resevoir with plain water. Disconnet the hose from the nozzle(s) you suspect to be clogged, and turn on the sprayer. If no liquid comes gushing out, you've got pump motor problems.

Begin with the fuse and work you way back to the motor. Hopefully you'll find the problem. If not, you'll probably have to have the pump replaced.
