Your first problem is owning a Kia! Not a quality car. In fact, I wouldn't even drive one for fear of my life. You're better off getting an older model of a better quality car rather than putting money into your kia, because it sounds like the transmission could be shot, and something else will go wrong with it soon anyhow. Check out older models of Volkswagons, Volvos, Saabs, Oldsmobiles, or pretty much anything that's not a Kia.
