How do I remove a parking decal from my car window without damaging the decal?

I need to return the decal or at least part of it for a refund. I've tried using a razor blade and all it does is make the decal crumble. Help!!

You can't. Decals are made to be destroyed when removed. If you have to return it in person, make sure the person sees you trying to remove the decal. When it tears, they should still be able to give you a refund for your efforts.
