I need to know how to remove paint from my vehicle that was transfered from another vehicle in an accident.?

there is not a dent. just paint transfer to the fender.

Rubbing compound. It's cheap and you can find it at the auto parts store. You can also try nail polish remover, but test it first because it can damage some paints.
