Front Discs: Before you remove the wheel get a feel for how much play is in the wheel bearings when jacked up. Remember this as you'll need it later. Remove the wheel, caliper and pads, and caliper carrier. Remove the centre cap from the wheel bearing trying not to puncture it. Remove the split pin, hubnut, washer and outer bearing (keep clean). Remove the disc and hub complete and with preferable an air gun, remove the bolts holding the disc onto the hub. A hammer will be needed to remove the disc, so take your time and DO NOT force a chisel in between the disc and hub as you WILL cause damage which results in a brake vibration. Once the disc is off clean up the face of the hub. In the immortal words of a Haynes manual, fitting is the reverse of removal.
P.S. Set up the wheel bearing free play with the wheel on as it gives better feel.
