Im trying to find out if p185/75r14 tires will fit on a 2005 neon w/ 14' steel rims?

The width of the rim determines whether or not it will fit. 185 is the width of the tire in MM. 75 is the width to aspect ratio, or the "height" of the tire. 14, obviously, is the diameter of the rim. My car also is OE 175/70/14. I special order 205/65/14, the width of my rim is 6", so a 205MM tire fits on it. Your speedometer will be ever so slightly off with a different aspect, but not by enough to warrent concern. You can find more information on tirerack.com.
