You can go to either a wal-mart, or a local parts shop and buy a product called Bug & Tar remover. Works awesome. If you can't find that, there is also a product called Goo Gone. The Bug & Tar remover works best, and for around $5. Good luck!

You can use "Go-Jo" or any hand cleaner that is petroleum based. I work in construction and I know this works. Easier to get it off in the summer months though... Diesel fuel breaks it down too ....Good Luck !
