What is the best way to remove a sticker on the car window?

It's one of those white outlined stickers that became the craze a few years back. I have been wanting to remove one of them but don't know the best way. I have heard of using a flat razor blade, but where would I find something like that. I've looked, but apparently I'm not looking in the right places. Thanks.
