VW Auto service in San Jose?

Question:
My 2007 Jetta is due for an oil change. Any suggestions for a reputable auto service shop that won't rip me off or haggle me? I wouldn't mind going to the dealership but I've heard they rip you off and try to add on other things like getting a new oil pan, so I don't know where to go? Anywhere within 25 miles of San Jose would be ideal.
