I have a E-150 Conversion Van that vents out semi-warm heat (only for less than 1 minute), but shortly after, eventually starts too push cold air out of the vents. What could be the cause this problem?

How do I fix a short circuit in my car?
first check coolant level.......then check thermostat, heater control valve, heater core, vent control door, heater selector switch.wht does it mean when u try to turn over an engine and something is like bangin around inside?
The hot/cool blend door in the ducting. I believe it's vacuum controlled.Could be a thermostat, is your dash temp gauge running normal?
low coolant level in radiator, not alowing heated coolant to reach and fill heater core, which is probably higher than radiator. Also, clogged heater core, not allowing full charge of heated coolant in core, a;so possible kinked or restricted heater hose(s) creating same problem which is cold heater core
