If you still have two, then check eBay and other online stores for a duplicate, and you can get it cut at Wal-Mart, then program it yourself. If you only have one, then you're out of luck and will need to have the dealer or a qualified locksmith do the programming. But you can still save a bit of money getting the blank online, and just paying the dealer or locksmith to cut and program the new key. That's going to be expensive, so even the minor savings on the key blank is a bit of a help! Not just any locksmith can program those new PAT keys. Here in the Philippines, we have small shops in the malls which offer car key duplication at say $10. it can be done by a locksmith if it is the older type but a bit hard .the way the keys are designed the locksmith may damage a few blanks. if it is the original key the dealer do it about $180 . why do you want a new key is it worn if so the the cyl may be worn too you may want to reconsiderive been driving my car all day it seems fine park it then get in again 5mins later and its dead?
Are you a AAA member? They are awesome, call them tell them you are a member (if you are) and need a duplicate, they should have a list of their techs they can refer you to. While this may not be the most honest approach.....lock your key in the car....call AAA when they come to open your vehicle for you, ask them to make you a duplicate, tip em $5 or $10.Having problems starting car.
