Trouble with caravan hot water heater. Any one know anything bout caravans??

Question:
I own a Lunar Sunbeam caravan. The hot water used to work fine but last week it just stopped working. The water still comes out just not hot. The light on the carver unit doesn't come on at all. Its a carver cascade 2 water heater.
Anyone with any ideas why it's not working would be much appreciated!

your water heater has a control board proximate to it, and these give up regularly...but check the fuses first...you can frequently take the pc board in and have it checked...they just unplug...one or two screws hold them in place.

Why doesn't my car want to reverse uphill?

Assuming it's electric, first check with a voltmeter to see if there is voltage at the unit, if none, check for a circuit breaker that may have tripped; also, there may be a reset button on the tank where the wires connect. How old is the unit? The heating element may have given up the ghost. Sounds more like no voltage at the unit.
