93 Ford Mustang Transmission Problems?

Question:
My car want shift into fourth gear. I checked the fluid levels and its normal. It shifts ok in every other gear. Also my rmp gauge has stopped working. I am trying to decide if I should get the trans fixed or get another car. I had the trans rebulid about a year in a half ago and it worked fine. Please Help??
