Sounds like you have warped rotors. Also, it is even possible to have debris between the rotor and pads. This will sometime cause grabbing. It rotors are warped you can possibly have them machined to a true surface. My experience has been to just go ahead and get new rotors. Each time rotors are machined, the thickness of the rotor becomes smaller and doesn't disappate heat as well, so it warps again.
