You need to list more details if you want an answer. Are they reading low, high, intermittently? What affects their operation? Starting the car, turning lights on/off, etc....? Could be the wiring plug, intrument cluster, brain.

Sounds like poor battery connections and/or poor frame grounding. Check+ cable at starter connection for tightness. Many GM's benefit by adding additional ground wires from the battery to the body. Also check alternater + battery connection for tightness. This vehicle is now old enough for corrosion to become a factor as well as battery life and condition. Don't assume anything at this point and if in doubt throw it out. High quallity replacements put money in the bank.
