With the greatest of difficulty. It depends where it has snapped, by that I mean can you still see the end of the cable. U might be able to use pliers to pull the cable. If not call a plastic surgeon you might need one by the time you are finished. Obviously your not meant to get under the bonnet of a car without pulling the cable so the only way to get there is lie under the car and reach up past the radiator to where the bonnet release mechanism is. Follow the cable to where it connects and try to slide the release bar to open the bonnet. Sorry but there isn't really an easy way .
