Why do you want to run it so long, do it 15 mins..It is wasteful and not that effective. The best way to warm up a car is to get it moving. An idling engine does not always heat up enough to warm the coolant that warms the air in the car.
with today engines, just get in it and go,all of these remote starter are just a waste of money, your car will warm up as you go.

Its never good on the engine to drive with out giving it a chace to heat up but 30 mins is a little long but you should let it warm up for about 5-15 mins depending on how cold it is. Not bad for it, but it is really overkill. The motor only needs maybe 5 minutes or so for it to be properly warmed up.
