synthetic is always best, but different weight can cause adverse effects. all the high mileage oil does is swells the seals (a 1/2 ounce of brake fluid will do this also but i don't recommend it) one mistake people do is flush the engine and then they wonder why their valves tap like crazyWhere is the spare tire spot/location in my 2002 Honda Odyssey?
DO NOT use a thicker oil in a Honda. It won't flow as easily to places like the head and you'll starve the cam for oil.M.o.t do you get and days grace for being overdue?
