Pro-m mass air info needed?

Question:
can any body tell me what the all the numbers mean on pro m meters. The model# is80r w/vat,cts.. serial number 05b00054..calibration cts-30c.It has a small black box that the connector wiring is going to .There is also a what look likes a air temp sensor in the housing that goes into this box..I am looking at this to buy but the seller has no idea what it came from.The only thing i know it,s for 30lbs injectors
