My car killed and wont even turn over or click, my battery seems to be working fine?

Question:
Anyone know what it might be? I am not car savvy and I think it might be the starter switch but what do I know? I am a girl and don't know much about cars except how to drive a bit! Thanks for your help.

not necessarily your starter. pop the hood and have someone try and crank the engine. if you hear small clicking noises - its probably your starter. but if you hear nothing at all it could be your starter relay - a 5 dollar part. this happens a lot on mitsubishi's - the relays burn out. check that 1st before going to the starter

Are you sure your battery is OK when you turn on the ignition do any lights on the dash come on and when you turn the key further to the start position do those lights go out if so you have either a flat battery or loose or dirty battery terminals.
