It's very common for it to take a couple seconds to start making pressure when first starting for the day. If you run it all day, and it keeps good pressure till you turn it off, don't worry about it.

What makes you think there is a delay in the oil pump? With the engine running, so is the oil pump. If you mean the oil pressure indicator stays at zero for a while, unless the engine is clattering and knocking, it's not running at zero oil pressure, so it would probably be a bad sensor in that case.

How to remove salt residual on the car?

If it does clatter and seem to be starved for oil, couple of things to check. Drop the pan and make sure the screen is clean and the oil pump is mounted and torqued as it should be. Look at the bottom of the oil pan for any sludge. If all appears as it should be this might be the time to replace the oil pump, if not, take care of whatever problem was manifested, put it all back together and fill it with the proper oil and try again.
