Do some SUV's require to have their oil changed sooner than 3,000 miles?
its quiet simple really, the immobiliser should split off to 3 wires in the vehicle, should be 1 in the ignition system, 1 in the starter motor and 1 in the key hole. any good mechanic should be able to unwire it.how do u know if you need a new positive battery cable?
You can't it's controlled by the ECUHello! i really need help here! My car drank alot of cooler oil !?
i might be wrong but the alarm immobiliser is located above the fuse box you need to drop it down then using a test light probe it on a black/brown wire maybe and try and start it keeping your test lamp in the wire if that dont work do the same on other wiresIt is ECU controlled on all Rover 100. So you can't do anything with it, other than have it (or another blipper) re programmed at Rover
