Fan for a 2004 Ford Fiesta?

Right side of car under the dash. There will be a large circular thing, that is the blower motor and the resistor is located toward the firewall. It will have a wiring harness going to it. Remove the harness and take out the 3 - 7mm screws holding the pack in place. The 2 in the front will be very difficult to get to and you will most likely need to remove some insulation from the floor board to get to them. You may be able to just loosen the 2 front screws enough to get the pack out.

I have a constant ticking sound, like my signal blinker is always on. what could this be?

It's air cooled by the blower motor,so look around the blower.
