Camry difficult to start in the morning?

Question:
I have a Toyota Camry 2001. Since last year, it's difficult to start in the morning. The car starts and dies right after it. I start it and press the gas pedal at same time, then the car is able to start after several tries. My engineer changed lots of parts related to car engine but the same problem comes back after a couple of weeks.
The same situation also happens sometimes right after I filled gas.

It seems to me that there could be some loose connections in the ignition system. That is a long shot, you better get another mechanic's opinion.

Your car has an electric fuel pump, I think. You shouldn't have to step on the gas when you start it. it also has a fuel-injected intake, right? I suggest using a fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank with your next fill-up. Get someone else to look at your car if you still have problems. Sometimes a new mechanic can detect something that the other one has overlooked..

He told me to open up the flaps or wings on the carburetor,
and spray either , not sure that is spell right , into it.
It always worked and the caddy started.
