i mechanic for a living,and id say it has a bad sensor on it,,this is a common thing with fords to do this,,,they,ll have to scan it to see which one is bad on it,,but the air bag will still function in the case of an accident,,i know that light is very aggravating,,after the sensor is found and replaced ,,it will go off,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
