The ABS light may just be a sensor - it shouldnt really affect the drivabillity of the car. The O2 sensor light probably needs to be reset.As far as the hard starting, I would begin by checking the spark plugs, wires and distributor. Mercedes of that vintage can have finicky electrical/ignition systems which may also be your problem. Finally, this is a GREAT resource for Mercedes troubleshooting:

you may have a loose ABS line or a bad sensor. get that fixedbefor doning anything with the o2 light. chances r if u just replaced it the it is still good. u just need to re set the codes to the car. if u reset them to get the o2 light out befor fixing the ABs problem then u will have to reset the codes again to get that light out. so might as well reset both at once
take in for a tune up.
get the inspection/estimate first.
