2000 pontiac gp. heat was ok on hi now no heat at all. what's wrong?

heat was ok, then only worked at highest blower setting, now won't work at all. any suggestions as to what the problem is or how i can fix it?

blower motor maybe bad, check fuses was fan noisey before if so see if fan motor is hot
