Check the ignitor - ask your auto electrician to check this first. May be shorting out when at temp but allowing ignition after cooling.

My 94 Chevy was doing the same and it turned out to be the fuel pump. Next time it stalls and won't restart try some starting fluid sprayed in to the air intake. if it starts right up you know it is fuel related.
