please provide additional info. is bluesh smoke all the time, out the exhaust, under the hood, if from exhaust pipe then the rings are shot but if from under the vehicle or hood could be as simple as a oil leak hitting the exhaust. please define a lot of oil.

piston rings. blue smoke is engine oil being burnt. replace the rings and make sure you keep an eye on the oil level. the only other thing it could be is if the car is way overdue or a service the oil can get so thin the rings wont be able to stop it getting into the cylinders. or a rare thing but the oil you put into the car might be to low a viscosity but its easy to rule out these. if you didn't just service the car or if you aren't due for a service then its the rings
