I'm considering buying these rims for my 1991 acura legend, but I need some help! The rims I want have 2 dents on them.. heres a pic http://stlouis.craigslist.org/pts/269279... Does anyone know if the dents will be a hazard problem while driving? Thanks in advance!

Rim dents will cause the car to hop and jitter on the road. It throws the balance off and can cause tire leaks too. Find a nice clean and like new set on ebay from a reputable seller. Dont go any lower than a 50 or 45 series or you'll end up with bent rims too!Oil change on 05 subaru OB 2.5 (no turbo)?
I would not buy used rims. You never know how they were abused & thats just not safe.You can get brand new 18" rims w/ tires mounted & ballanced for 800 bucks on several clearance sites including E-bay.

used parts are always a problem --- pass ----- get something that you really want ------ remember that if you change the size of the tires you are jackin' with the pre-sets from the manufacturer --- computer reads the tire rotation and the speed-o- is set to operate at fixed roto also.. use good rims that fall in the manufacturing data... good tire stores and your friendly auto tech will help you decide what's best for you and the car.....I wouldn't buy used rims, especially if they were obviously dented, or bent. They may be able to be repaired, but after that, it may be impossible to balance them. If you want some cheap rims and tires check edgeracing.com. I just bought some 17" enkei's with falken ziex tires for $672 shipped to my door, came with lugs, mounted and balanced and everything.
Enkei is a pretty reputable brand and the wheels I got, I paid $98 each when they retail at $220 each. The tires were also close to half off of discount tire's prices. Just stay away from used, and don't get shitty tires, you will regret it almost as soon as they wear out.
