1997 f250horn fuse blows?

Question:
fuse blows when i use my horn or my cruse control ?

Answers:

How do you repressurize the clutch after draining the fluid?

I would suspect the cruise. Pull the plug on the module under the hood,( left side near the master cylinder) try everything. If the horn blows, etc.,then you will know it is the cruise. If it blows Disconnect the horn relay plug. I think the horn relay is under the hood on the right side forward near or behind the battery. If the fuse does not blow with the relay unplugged and blows with it connected then you know the short is between the relay and the horns. If it still blows with cruise and horn unplugged then the problem is either in the wiring harness or steering collomn. How the hell do you spell COLUMN? I have a bunch of variations!
