i own a repair shop,and it can be caused by a leaking intake manifold gasket,also a bad head gasket,,or a crack in a head or the block,,this is one of those things that you have to tear it down and just see what it is,,you can also have a pressure check done on it,,this will force it out,,but if its on the inside of it,,your not going to see it,,id tear it down and start looking,,when you find it,,believe me ,,you,ll know it,,it should be visible enough to see with the eye ,but this is about all you can do,at this point,,good luck,hope this help,s.merry x-mas.

Most all the answers so far may be right, but with most of these things you would also have water in your oil. Is it motor oil or transmission oil?
The only way oil can get in the water and no water in the oil is a crack in an oil gallery where oil pump pressure is great enough to push oil through and the radiator doesn't pressure up enough to push water through.
