How dose the charge cooler system work on the gt4?

Question:

Answers:

What causes wheel bearing to go bad?

the air going in is hot and under pressure from being boosted.the cooler lowers the air temp to make it denser without losing pressure, the denser air with the fuel charge then is compressed even more in the cylinders and develops higher horse power

1988 Jaguar XJ6 3.6L wont Start?

when you compress a gas it raises the temperature of the gas, the idea on an egine is to get as much air as possible in to the cylinder to burn with the fuel its called volumetric efficiency, the lower the temp of the air the greater its density so a charge cooler lowers the temp of the forced air to make it denser and give more power
