That's ridiculous, don,t take the bumper off, lift the hood and access the rear of the light housing to change a head light bulb. Your civic already has an air intake system, leave it alone.

Maybe best to go to another store. Just pop the hood, locate the light and push and turn to remove. Be sure to follow the instruction on the package and keep your fingerprints off the bulb or it may shorten the bulb life.
