Door Latch, Lexus ES300, year 92?

Hey Everyone! My Left Front door is not opening; I've checked it, they said DOOR LATCH - new part 250 plus labor. I need one new or used but cheeper. Does nay one knows any junk yard online? or smth like that? Or may be real junk yard, I'm in Alabama, Troy.
