How do I fix my parking lights?

Question:
My parking lights are located inside my headlight housing. They turn on when I turn on my parking mode and when my headlights are turned on. They also blink when I use my turn signals. My question is, how do I make them NOT constantly on, but blink when I use my turn signal?

I own a 2000 Dodge Durango and at certain speeds I hear a noise and feel a vibration?

You will have to re-wire the lighting system. The parking lights are supposed to be on all the time, and in order to change this, you will need to remove power from the lights when the switch is in parking mode and in headlight mode, yet keep the power for the turn signal.

my 1992 Honda civic failed an etest ( high nox ) my catalytic converter s new what else could it be ??

I would look for a wiring diagram for the car and trace the wires to find out 1. how the lights are powered and 2. how the switches are wired. Then you will need to remove the parking light switch and the headlight switch from the circuit without removing the turn signal switch.

Without knowing what your car is and having access to the car and to a wiring diagram and repair manual, I can't help you any further than this theoretical solution.
