Question:
Do the Lube Techs have to pay for their own fluids such as oil, brake fluid, power steering fluid, etc. at a dealership, and only get paid something like 3/10 of an hour for each oil change? If only one person comes in for an oil change, they only get paid for the 3/10 of hour for the entire day.

lube techs are paid hourly, they are not experienced enough to be paid flat rate And no one makes out enough on flat rate pay just changing oil!The dealership charges the customer for the fluids, the lube tech is only responsible for the labor. If he is smart and not flat rate he will drag his butt and not perform so quickly.
