Fixing Vauxhall Vectra Windows?

Question:
The Window on my fron passenger side keeps sliding off its rails, i went over a bump and the window went down with a bang, it hasn't broken it but i have to keep sliding it up by hand, if i use the motor it goes up at a weird angle and sound like its going to crack? ive had a workd with Auto Glass they've said it will cost around £60.50 to fix any other ideas? can i do it my self?

either its come off one of the runners or the regulator is twisted eitha way the door inner door panel has to come off.

carbeurator or fuel injection? which is better considering all the factors?
