I have a '98 ford explorer and the thermostat gets really hot . . . .?

Question:
the goes up into the "H" area, the radiator is low on fluid, so i fill it with water/radiator fluid and the problem goes away for about two weeks or so. it has been happening in a cycle like this for almost three months. now, i'm getting the signal that the radiator works just fine, it's just that there's a leak somewhere. problem is; i can't seem to ever see fluid leaking out - is it evaporating? what should i do?

My Toyota Tundra overheats but there does not appear to be a leak. What could be the problem?

you more than likely have a bad head gasket

Truck paint question?

If you've had it in the air on a lift and seen no evidence of a leak ( especially a drip from the water pump or a loose hose clamp) then I agree with the previous answer of head gasket, which means junk engine.
