just divide the big gear by the lower. you come up with 2.666666666666 just round it to .67

You'll get a 2.66:1 ratio. You just divide the driven gear over the driving gear. Every 2.66 revolutions of the driving gear you'll get a revolution on the driven gear (in the opposite direction).
