My 1986 honda crx will turn over but not start it gets gas it gets spark it has compression?

Start examining the fuel system: Fuel injection wiring and grounds, fuel lines pinched, fuel pump fuse, fuel filter clogged, fuel pump (hear any noise that it comes on?)

Put new spark plugs in it. I have seen plenty of cars and light trucks not start because of the plugs being bad. I'm gonna guess you live in the Northeast somewhere, it seems to be quite the problem this year. Give it a shop, I think you will find, that's the problem.
