Why does my car wear off my rear tires, from the other side of the rim that shows{inside}?

True or False cont.?

Your alignment needs to be corrected. Depending on what type of vehicle you have, it sounds like you need a 4 wheel alignment. That will take care of both front and rear alignment issues. It sounds as if your camber is off.

Here's a brief explanation of what camber is:

If you accidentally put diesel fuel in you car what will happen?

Camber is the angle of the wheel, measured in degrees, when viewed from the front of the vehicle. If the top of the wheel is leaning out from the center of the car, then the camber is positive ,if it's leaning in, then the camber is negative. If the camber is out of adjustment, it will cause tire wear on one side of the tire's tread. If the camber is too far negative, for instance, then the tire will wear on the inside of the tread.

Get it done at the earliest as there is an adverse impact to the suspension.

What clubs, resources, websites are available for assistance with an 1988 Cadillac DeVille?

if your car has independent rear suspension I would assume either you have worn parts causing you wheel alignment to be off,or your tires were recently rotated from the front & your front end is out of alignment. Either way you need to take it to a mechanic.

pull and turn plug?

sounds like something is out, I recomend that you have a 4 wheel alignment done and have new tires put on the rear. once a tire starts a wear patturn it will continue that pattern for the life of the tire. I work in a brake, suspention, and tire shop. I've seen this quite a bit. BUT before you have the work done have a suspention check, have the front end and rear end suspention checked, this isn't to check to see if the shock/struts/springs are worn out. its to see if any bushing or joints are worn out. also if your vehicle is rear wheel drive it is possible that the rear axel is bent, that can be causeing that too. I know on my truck i broke a leaf spring and pretty much demolished the rear end suspention, i pulled one of the shocks apart, twisted the houseing on the other, broke both main leaves, my rear axes twisted when it was forced back and down, i now have a slight bow to my axel. I know that the probability of that happening to your car is very slim, but its a possibility that the rear axel is bent. if your car is front wheel drive, there is a possibility that the rear bearings are lose, or the rear spindles are bent. hope this helps a little, cheers.
