My cellphone randomly froze,then i took battery out to fiz, it kinda comes on then off.then on.how do i fix it

My cellphone in class, radomly vibrated i guess probably a text message...then i looked and it was white. so i off battery out. and then turned it back on once it was back in. it comes on. off then on then off. and wont go on! ahhh how do i get this back to normallll.?
